HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST YOU?
There are a couple of factors the must be figured into the financial equation.
The only prepaid cost associated with this event will be the housing. You should expect a private room to run approximately $430. A semi private room will run half. Please note that we must book the houses for a one-week period. That is the policy of the realtor. Therefore, the cost per room will not vary depending on your arrival date. If you come for one week, or just the weekend, the price is the same. There are also motels available, but they are a distance from the lake ? approximately a 30-45 minute drive.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?
All houses are fully stocked and include linens for the beds, towels, washcloths, etc. All houses also include washers and dryers. Almost all of the houses also include gas grills. You will need to provide your own soaps, toilet paper, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc.
Think of this as a vacation on the lake. Bring anything you would need for a good time. This would include bathing suits, lawn chairs, and lawn blankets, and boats, jet skis. Oh yea, don’t forget to bring your Frankfurt memorabilia.
Children are more than welcome to attend. If you plan on bringing your children, please let us know. We’ll do our best to match families with children in houses.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW TO RESERVE YOU PLACE AT THE LAKE?
1. Contact Lisa (Areheart) Worsing (FAHS 77) via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. She will need to know when you plan on arriving, how many people you plan on bringing, and whether or not you will need housing accommodations.
2. If you want us to reserve a room in a house, you will need to send a deposit of:
$200 — if you will require your own room
$100 — if you are willing to share a room with someone
Once the paperwork has been signed for the houses, the deposits become nonrefundable.
Your deposit will be applied toward your total cost of each room you reserve. All deposits originally needed to be in by December 15. Room deposits will not be accepted up to January 9. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reserve any additional rooms or houses.

3. Once you have completed steps 1 and 2 above, just sit back and wait. You will be contacted periodically via e-mail with additional details. Information will also be available on the FAHS website (www.fahs.org). Be sure to periodically check the website for any updates.
